How do you address envelopes from a list

I am setting up envelopes to invite people to a party. Do I have to address
each address individually or can I use a list that I made using MS Word?

You can use a Word list. Setup your envelope, in the Mail Merge options, open data
source, files of type, browse to your Word list.
