how do you lock a publisher doc before saving it so no one can ed.

I have created a publisher doc that I need to send to someone but I dont want
them to be able to edit it - Just open it and print it. Is that possible in
Publisher 2003

No such feature available.
Suggest saving it as a graphic file and send that for proofing.

Create a PDF. Free converters: http://www.win2pdf.com and
http://www.primopdf.com They install as printer drivers which can be used
for all print processes.
