How to actually print files created by "print to file"

I work in a prison training prisoners to use Office. They aren't allowed a
printer in the rooms where I teach. I have been instructing them to use the
"print to file" option and then copying the files to removeable storage.
When I get back to our admin office, where we have printers, I try but fail
to find any microsoft product that will print these files. Any practical
advice on how to print these files (which contain output from tests, so can't
be re-created?

You'll have to print them from a command prompt. You'll use the copy /b command.
