How to covert Publisher Millenium to Publisher XP? New computer..

I recently purchased Microsoft Word XP and my Publisher files won't convert
over - the spacing is all wrong when it is opened. How do I make the old
system (Millinium Edition) compatable so I don't have to redesign everything?

2. Which version of Publisher?

Publisher 2000 files open in 2003. Formatting will change in some cases,
especially if you have used WordArt. There is a WordArt compatibility utility
you can download. You use it from the insert menu, scroll down to WordArt 3.2

You can install Publisher 2000 in a new folder as a standalone, that way you can
use the Clip Gallery.
