how to create feedback data base

Hi,
I need help getting my feedback page to work. I don't
know how to create a database for my feedback form. As
much as I looked in the frontpage 2002 book I can't figure
it out. Please help. I am a novice so any step by step
help would be greatly appreciated.

How did you enable your extensions to allow emailing? I
don't see any options for doing this when applying the
server extensions.

Which FP 2002 book Jim Buyen book FP2003 or FP2002 are excellent. If you're
going to purchase one $40 book I would purchase this one.
