How to edit automatic office update

I set my computer to download updates automatically. I'm not so sure now if that was a good idea, I'd like it to ask me before doing. Except now I can't find anywhere that gives you the option to change the setting. Could anyone help me on this? Thanks

account will be deleted without reading.
