how to save things in .doc

Hi, I attend a college on line and they ask for assignments to be turned over
in .doc format, using Word. How in the world do I do that?

Hi, Krystin. Word automatically saves files in .doc format unless you tell
it otherwise. The only question is, are you supposed attach your .doc files
to an email to your instructor, or post your .doc files to an FTP site, or
what? You'll have to get this information from your instructor(s).
