I cannot import or export period

I have Access 2000 and Access 2003 and neither of them will work. I have
different databases that I export from or import into, all of which had been
working the last time I worked in them. Now none of them work.
I get the error "Active X component can't create object"
I have checked my references but do not know what I need different from what
I had.

what happens if you try to compile your code?

There's really nothing to compile on the one, it is just a database with
ODBC linked tables. And the other is a simple database as well that compiles
with no errors.
I tried recreating the ODBC db and it lets me get as far as linking the
tables correctly but when I try to export the tables to a csv, it gives the
error
