More information please. In which program are you trying to copy, have you
tried other programs such as Notepad, Word Pad, Word? Have you tried
highlighting and right clicking and selecting copy, have you tried
highlighting and using the edit menu, using the keyboard?
What steps have you tried to correct the problem? What have you done to your
computer prior to the problem appearing?
