Hi Seveen ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

In Project 2007 standard there is no direct way save as a web page.
However, the Save As... dialog allows you to select Type: Excel workbook,
whence an Export Wizard shows you the way. What version of Project are you
using?

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Hello Seveen,

If you are using Project 2003 with Service Pack 3, you may need to
enable the loading of legacy file formats. See Tools > Options,
Security tab.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

I am using MS Project 2003 Standard. When I try to save as HTML, it takes me
through the Export Wizard. I choose an existing map (Task Export Table Map),
I select Tasks and Resources, I accept all the task mappings but when I try
to Finish, I get the message
"A destination table name is required. One or more of the destination table
name fields are blank. A table name is required for exporting data."

I have changed the Destination HTML Table Title but that doesn't do any good.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Paul R,

If you use the Task Export map and select both tasks and resources,
you need to make sure you specify the resource information on the
Resource Mapping page. The regular Task Export map does not include
resource information therefore as you step through the export, the
page for resources is blank and you must specify both the
Destination table name for the Resources as well as select resource
field data to export. Try stepping through the export again
selecting *only* task information, not both task and resource
information.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
