Can you could walk me though setting up my outlook 2007, I will need step by
step direction. Cause really don't know know some of the terms, and how to
get what their are asking me for.

Go to your ISP's website and use their instructions - they usually have instructions for Outlook Express only but the same settings work in Outlook.

Your ISP should have supplied instructions to you. Do you not understand
them? Have you called your ISP's support department?
