I need help

I had purchased Microsoft Office standard xp for my girl
friend who is a student. I activated the software but had
to reformat her computer and now it will not let her use
any of the programs how do I fix this problem?

Did you reinstall the programs?

After re-installing the programs, just call microsoft for activation. Explain what happened and they will give you a new key that will allow you to use the programs.
