Import excel file automatically that results in 2 tables

Hi,

I would like to automatically import excel file that results in 2 tables.
One of the table has good data and the other table has errors which can be
deleted after the import.


I need to import daily where the data in the existing tables should be
overwritten.

What is the exact vba code that will allow me to do this in access 2003 so
that I can automate this process.
