importing emailed .pst

Outlook 2003 both users
Sales person emailed her calendar as a .pst
Outlook blocked the attachment so I had her rename the extension
I saved the file then changed the extension back to a .ps
I created a public folder in the same name as the pst
I tried to import the file and nothing happened. The calendar is blank
Any ideas?

Don't import. Open the .pst file with the File | Open | Outlook Data File
command.
