#### in reports

Hi.

In Who Doeas What When report some values doesn't fit and show ### instead.
How can I fix it to show in reports? In any table I could just double-click
on the border, but I don't know what to do with report. I also tried to
increase margins, but it didn't help.

Thanks in advance.
Emi.

Hi EmilH,

You have two choices:

Edit the report (View > Reports > Assignment, select who Does What and click
the edit button) to change the date format on the Details tab to a date
format showing more data. For example, change to the Mon 1/28/02 format.

The other option is to change how the format for "hours" appears by going to
Tools> Options, Edit tab and changing the option to show hours as "h" instead
of "hr".

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Thanks for reply, Julie.

You know, this solution will not always work. There has to be another
universal way. For example, you have 75hrs and it's shown like ### changing
hrs to h may decrease the width and make it visible. But when you have
750hrs it still may show ###.

Anyway we have at least one solution! Thanks again!
Emil.

Hi Emil,

You're welcome. Did you try the first suggestion -- changing the date
format? I have found that if I select the longest format (Mon 1/28/02,
Tue 1/29/02) that works fairly consistently. I'm afraid I don't have a
"universal" fix -- just a series of workarounds :)

Anyway, glad to have helped partially and thanks for the feedback.
