includetext automatically generates new line.

We use a lot of documents which use the "includetext" to
insert common text into a document. The problem we are
having is that a new line is automatically generated at
the end of the included text. Therre are times when we do
NOT want the new line at that point.

Does anyone know how to turn off or prevent
the "includetext" function from iserting a new line?

Thanks.

You are presumably inserting a complete document, which *always* will have a
paragraph mark at the end. Bookmark the text without the last paragraph mark
and use includetext to insert the bookmarked section.

You could use autotext instead?

.
That's great. Once you hear the solution it seems so
obvious. I only wish I had thought of that.

Thanks.
