Installation Problem??

I was using MS OUTLOOK EXPRESS and have upgraded to MS
OUTLOOK. I created a .pst file to import my email files
to MS OUTLOOK.

I installed MicroSoft Office 97 Professional, and imported
the .pst file - all went well.

When I went under tools/options/email to enter my e'mail
address/server information, it won't allow me to
complete... won't allow me to put anything in there at all.

Any ideas?

I've deleted the entire office suite and started again...
THREE TIMES. Still the same problem

Try Control Panel-Mail Icon. Install the updates for Office first -
especially the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch. You might also want to
upgrade to a newer version of Office since Office 97 is no longer a
supported version of Office.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
