Is it possible to set up a history of my contacts?

I would like to know if it is possible for Outlook to show a history of
everything I have done with a certain contact. For instance, emails sent,
letters, etc. And if it is possible to access it from the contacts
individual card?

You failed to post your Outlook version.
Makes it difficult to answer.
In current versions, use the Activities Tab in the Contact Record.
