Job Cards in Project 2000

I'm trying to present staff with written details of each of their individual
assigned Work Packages. All the details are there in the Project 2000 plans
but I can't find a way to show them/ Can anyone help?

Have you tried the Who Does What When report in View/Reports.../Assignments?
