Leaving msgs bold

Hi all,

Does anybody have an idea how we can configure Outlook to leave ALL messages
BOLD until they were actually opened? We looked everywhere and can't find a
way to do this.

Have you tried tools->options->other->Reading Pane
uncheck both "Mark Item as Read" check boxes

The one box was checked. I will give it a try with the new setting.

That didn't work. It still changes. We believe that this has something to do
with the fact that the user pulls a copy via POP3 into his phone. I'm trying
to get an answer to that in the Exchange group. If you have any additional
ideas, please let me know.
