Lost inbox contents

Entire Inbox wiped out after hitting first Tools, and then Documents. Unable
to locat the data in any other outlook file. Where might it be?

Do you have a view configured to hide the data? What version of Outlook?

My version of Outlook doesn't HAVE a Tools-Documents menu item.
Where did you do this?

Customize Toolbar-> Go-> My Documents ;-)
I doubt it's relevant to the issue at hand though but clearly some details
are missing.
