Mail Merge from Word XP Table

I have created a table in WordXP. The table has about 50 addresses in
single cells. Each cell is separated by a blank cell before and after
each address. I want to do two thing:
1) Merge these addresses into a form letter and
2) Create mailing labels for each address cell.

I would appreciate instructions or a link to instructions.

Hi Chuck,
I have created a table in WordXP. The table has about 50 addresses in

If the address information for one address is all in a single cell, you
won't be able to merge it to a form letter. You'll also need to get rid
of those empty cells.

I believe you'll find some help on how to rip apart single cell
addresses into a format mail merge can use on Graham Mayor's website.
