mail merge

Hello,

I need help with publisher's mail merge. I have my cards setup along with my
mail list, but when I print my cards ( four per sheet) it prints my first
address in my list four times on the same sheet.

Is there a way to setup the mail merge to print the first address with card
one, and the second address with card two and so on?

I have a screen shot of what I'm trying to explain here

Once again I would like to have the first address in my list on card one,
the second address in my list on card two and so on. Not four of the same
address per sheet

As it is setup now I would have fours cards with four of the same addresses

What version Publisher? If you are using 2003 the same name on all your cards in
print preview is a Publisher bug. Do a test print on plain paper if you are
unsure.

If you are using 2007, File, Print Merge, be certain you have multiple pages per
sheet selected. Take a look at print preview on this screen, it will show a
different name/address on each card.

I have selected multiple pages per sheet as directed but, now I am getting
the one address per card, but the front and back are now of the the front of
the sheet.

I have selected multiple pages per sheet in Publisher 2007 as directed but,
now I'm getting the first address on card one and address two on card two,
but the both the address the the front of the card are on the front of the
sheet
