I am getting started doing a manual move of my data to a new Entourage
2008 identity. (Running Entourage 12.2.3 on OS X 10.6.2). I have a
massive amount of customizations, which of course I would like to
retain in the new identity. I have partially set things up (re-
downloaded some emails, imported calendar events and address book). I
am in the "getting the Categories working" phase of things. I see
that the categories of my calendar events did not import with the
events. Should this work? I also see that the newly-downloaded
emails of people in my address book are not color-coded with their
categories in the message list, as they were in the previous
identity. Is there a way to get this to happen with existing emails?
Also, is there a proper order of tasks to do to in the import/creation
of new identity so everything gets set up as it was before? Thanks
