Merge Fields

I have Windows XP and using a collection software
called "Collection Partner." When I merge documents into
Word, it merges fine, but when I reopen the Word
document, I get the following error in the merge fields,

"Error! MergeField was not found in header record of data
source."

Can you help?

It sounds as if the document has become disconnected from
the data source. Not being familiar with Collecton partner
and how it sets up the merge, I can't really offer any more
than that. I think you need to check the documentation and
with the software manufacturer.
