Merging excel data into publisher in 2 places

I have a publisher page that i would like to merge one address field on the
top portion and the next address field on the bottom portion. My printer then
cuts the page in half so i have two large postcards.
I cannot figure out how to get the very next address field to appear in the
lower portion, only the current top address populates top and bottom. Can
this type of merge be done? Anyone have detailed instructions on how to get
two separate address fields on one page? Thanks in advance.

Just to clarify, I copied and pasted the address block from the top half to
the bottom half as well as created an entirely new address block in the
publisher doc in the 2 areas (top & bottom). When merged the same address
appears on top and bottom for all 200 recipients on each page?

Setup your page for the size of your publication. Select postcard (½ page
letter) from the page setup, Publisher will say this will print two pages per
sheet. You will only have one postcard on your screen. The merge should work
now.
