microsoft office document image

I'm using Office 2003 and Sql 2000. I have a form that has a print button so
the user can print the current record. Sometimes a user will log on a
computer that needs to have a network printer setup. I have an error handler
when this happens.

The problem I have is when microsoft office document image is the only thing
present in Printers and Faxes. The user gets a dialog box wanting them to
save or cancel the report their trying to print. If they click the cancel
button they receive the error message from my code.

Is there a way to code around this or is a way to totally uninstall
microsoft office document image. I'm dealing with 250+ computers.
