microsoft outlook

When trying to open outlook it tells me to inter microsoft
Exchange Server name were do i get this from ( do i need
to re run my CD or what and it also ask me for a mailbox

If you're supposed to be connecting to an Exchange Server, you'll need to
get this info from your mail administrator. If not, open Outlook and select
Tools | E-Mail Accounts | Next | and remove the Exchange Server account.
