Microsoft project critical paths

Hi all,

I am aiming to show a gantt chart with all tasks of which the critical
path is clearly shown in red. I have managed to do this through -
format > bar styles by creating a new row for critical. This seems to
do the job but it also happens to create a bar over the black bar you
get for a sub project (i believe this is called a summary bar?) I dont
want this. Can anyone help? Critical path should only replace normal
blue task bars.

Hope this makes sense.

Also, how can I change the colour of the arrows that flow within the
critical path only? Currently all arrows are blue.
