Microsoft says I'm current but where do I find my Office Files?

Hi There:I need the experts here, please. My Harddrive crashed and I had it
replaced and am trying to get everything back up to speed. I have run the
Microsoft Check to see what, if any, of my Office Files(I have Windows XP
Professional) that I need to bring up to date. The scan shows that I am up
to date, but I cannot find my Microsoft Office Programs anywhere when I go to
"Start". I'm having a heck of a time getting this all back together. I do
have the Microsoft Version 2002 Service Pack 1 Microsoft Office xp Software
that came with my computer but I was running a check on the Service Pack 2.
Since all of this harddrive problem happened, I don't have my Word Processing
or anything, so when I put the Service Pack 1 software into my drive, it
shows that all of that is included in there. Can anyone help me, please?
Thanks so very much!

Check to see if MS Office XP is listed in Add/Remove Programs.
If so you canuse 'Change' do run a 'Repair/Reinstall' with the
original CD. If it's not listed run setup from the Office CD
to repair or reinstall as needed.

You can also use Start=>Search to look for
Winword.exe
to find the location of the Word program, for example.
It's possible that the shortcuts to the apps are simply
not showing up in the current user profile (i.e. try logging
in as Admin/Owner).
