Missing Standard menu bar

I have somehow lost all toolbars and standard menu bar. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled office 2000 and it did not correct or return the program to
the defalt settings. All other programs show menu bar except word. How do I
get the file menu bar or standard menu bar back?
