More Start and Finish columns

I have a Gantt chart with three columns for duration. One is the
minimum estimated duration, one is the average estimated duration, and
the third is the maximum estimated duration. Currently the Start and
Finish columns reflect the data from the average estimated duration
column (because it's the default "Duration" column that you normally
see). Can I add two more sets of start and finish columns that will
work with the min and max durations?

Hi Dave,

Yes, there are 10 Start fields and 10 Finish fields. To insert one of those
fields, click your secondary mouse button over a column heading and choose
Insert Column.

However, you may want to explore PERT analysis. (Available on the PERT
Analysis toolbar.) It works with a optimistic , expected, and pessimistic
durations and calculates a duration based upon a weighting of the entered
durations. It will also display an optimistic, pessimistic, and expected
Gantt charts using the Start 1 through Start 3 and Finish 1 through Finish 3
fields.
