I want to move a conplete Folder and it's files from one computer to another
how can I do this?

I have tried using the various methods of import/Export but it doesn't seem
to work,
I have also tried different formats for this operation.
I can sucessfully move things like the "Contacts list" but not Folders.
Can you help
Thanks

Move the folders in Windows (using Explorer), not in Office.
Just drag and drop or copy and paste to whatever media you are using
to transport the files. (thumb drive etc.)

Hello again.
Sorry I was unable to do as you said..
Perhaps I should explain again what I’m trying to do:

I open Outlook and go to “Personal Foldersâ€.
I then go to “File†and select and create a “New folderâ€.

The new folder then appears below existing folders ie Inbox ect.. .
Then I want to copy this folder (and it’s contents) to another computer.

The first thing I did was go to Control Panel/“Folder Options†and make
sure all Files & Folders were available ticking by the “HiddenFilesâ€

Following your advice I opened up Explorer went to C:/My Computer?\/Local
disc C:/program files/Microsoft Office/…and searched every sub folder for the
new file I had created and found nothing.
I also tried C:/My Computer?\/Local disc C:/Windows…searched everywhere
again but could not find the folder I created…
I then went to the “Search†function and searched on the name of the file I
created but nothing was found.
So please advise.

It’s very difficult to copy & Paste a file or folder if you can’t find it !.

Sorry, I don't use Outlook or even have it installed.
I can only suggest you post to an Outlook newsgroup.
