How do I copy my outlook from my desktop to my laptop. I
have a cross over cable. I copied the pst file into the
laptop but don't know how to get it into the program.
thanks.

Open Outlook on the laptop, and configure it for your email account, etc....
then close Outlook, do a search for outlook.pst (be sure to search
hidden/system folders) and find the new one that was created. Rename or
delete it. Then open Outlook, and when it complains it can't find the PST
file, point it at the location of your real one.

Note - I don't usually like leaving my data files in the default profile
folders - I create a data folder (c:\data or something), create a subfolder
called Outlook, put my PST file there, and rename it - myname.pst or
something relevant. Just my $.02.
