ms publisher 1

I've recently upgraded to Windows 2000 pro with office
2000. I get a message each time I try to open my
publisher files "ms publisher can not open this file".
The files originally where from an old ms publisher. Is
there any way to convert or view these files.
Any advice would be greatful.

Are you running NAV? Where are these files located - on removable media or
your hard drive?

Publisher 95 from memory or maybe Publisher 97 are the last versions of
Publisher that would open Publisher 1.0 files.

Geeezzzzz that is a long time ago Publisher 1.0. That is when the present
Melinda Gates was the product manager of the Publisher division and had not
yet been courted by Bill G.

Brian K noooooooo, not right - Publisher 95 can open Publisher 1.0 files.
