MS PUBLISHER 2007

We have most of our office computers using Windows XP Pro, with Publisher
2003. Our newest computers have Microsoft VISTA with Publisher 2007. We
cannot open any of the files we created in Publisher 2003 in Publisher 2007.
Is there an upgrade or security issue.
