MSPJ.MTM can't open

When I use my microft project professional to send out
task update requests to users of Outlook 2002, the
receiving client can't open the file.

The file has a .MTM ext.
The popup message states 'Windows cannot open this file'

What do you want to do?

Any ideas?

Did you installed the WGSETUP.exe tool on each client PC ?
