multiple email accounts

I have an MSN email account ([email protected]) that I used for years then
decided to setup another account ([email protected]). At the time I was using
MSN Dail-UP 9.x and the process was simple and easy. Using MSN Dial-Up I was
able to access both accounts and easily switch between accounts. About one
year ago I switched to Microsoft Outlook 2003. I set up my original email
account and I haven't had any problems accessing it. . However, when I tried
to set up the second account I couldn't get access to it. I deleted the
second accounts in Outlook 2003. Last week I went to Microsoft Knowledge Base
for help. I pulled Article 83422 - "How to add multiple MSN accounts or
multiple MSN Hotmail accouts for use with Office Conector for MSN." I
downloaded Outlook Connector. I setup my original email account to use
Outlook Connector and created a new email account for my second email account
with Outlook Connector. Outlook added the new email account under "All Mail
Folder" with a "+" in front of the icon. When I clikck on the icon I get an
error message: "The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not
available. Contact your administrator if the condition persist." I have a
network with three clients in a small business. I have my email accounts
setup on my laptop which is a client. I don't get this message with my
original email account setup exactly the same way. I use the second email
account for emails to my business and this email address appears on my
business website pages. Right now I can't retrieve emails to that address.
What's wrong and how do I fix it???
