I recently upgraded from Office XP to 2003 and copied my
PST file into the \Local Settings\application data\outlook
folder, overwriting the one Outlook 2003 created. However,
when I open Outlook 2003, I have 2 entries on the task
pane on the left, both identical with a title of Personal
Folders, and identical content. If I right click and look
at the location, they both point to the same PST file. I
have just tried to export the folder to an Office 2003 PST
file, and then open that one and now I have 3 entries for
Personal Folders, and I can't get rid of any of them. I
have tried the scanpst file which did report some errors,
and fixed them, but it hasn't resolved the multiple
entries. Any ideas gratefully received
