My Computer is too much slow any one can help me?

my computer was very first now a days my computer is too much slow, even i
scaned for virus but did not find any virus. i have removed files but still
it has half place of hardisk, i don't know what happend to it. Any one can
help me accordingly.

Run a drive clean then a defrag, if that fails try posting to the relevant
Windows group.

also check for spy and adware
