No Such Inteface Supported

I recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003.
When I am using Word as the email editor, I am now
getting the error 'No Such Interface Supported' when I
hit the send button after creating the new email.
If I go to forward an existing email, I get a message
saying that outlook could not start Word because it is
missing or the wrong version, then it reverts to the
Outlook editor.
I have tried uninstalling Office completly and
resinstalling Office 2003. I've tried reinstalling 2000 ,
uninstalling it and installing 2003. I've run repair many
times.
Any ideas?

Did you upgrade the entire Office Suite?

Yes I did. When I create a new email, it does bring up
Word 2003 as the editor. It is when I click send that I
get the error.

Hope this helps !!!

This fixed the problem.
I registered both msrdo and ole32. I don't know which
fixed it, but it's fixed.
