I want to put publisher on Office/pro from Office/sb which I also own one
laptop and one a Desktop....can I ???? I should be able to even if I
cant.....I do believe it would be within the copyright
framework...Yes?......No?......If Not Why Not?

Hi, JGM. Office XP Small Business is an OEM version, which means that
it can only be installed on the computer that it came with. You cannot
legally install it (or parts thereof) on any other computer.

Not Microsoft but the OEM. If they were to license Office differently, you
may have more options. They take the cheapest license they can, often not
even supplying CDs with Office to the customer.
