Office 2003 Help when off line

We have several systems that cannot be connected to the Internet. How do I
get help files for the users on those systems when the online help isn't
available?

Offline Help is still available and it should be used if you aren't
connected to the Internet however the offline Help will not have the
same updated content as online Help.

Hi, Beth Melton;
When I'm online, Word help searches online, so before I posted I went
offline and tried it. Word showed me offline results instead. I read your
article, and checked my settings. Under "Online Content," I have all boxes
checked. My copy of Word, at least does not seem to have a problem making the
appropriate choice. (I'm using Office 2003 Pro on WinXP SP1.) Is there a
reason why this would not have happened for Andrew Nelson? I didn't see any
option to disable offline help.

I haven't encountered Word not making the appropriate choice for
offline or online content when the computer isn't connected to the
Internet either.

To be honest I'm not 100% certain of what Andrew is asking. It could
be he is encountering Word attempting to connect to the Internet for
Help and he doesn't want this to occur (it's possible the computers
are on a network and are capable of connecting but does not want to
allow it due to a corporate policy), hasn't tried using Help when not
connected to the Internet and didn't know offline Help was available,
or if he was actually looking for a means of keeping offline Help
updated.
