office online up date downloading fails again and again!

Dear all!
Greetings of the day for all of you! I've been trying for many times to up
date my office installation getting online but every time, when the down
loading is about to complete, the failure message appears giving three
different reasons. I've checked all the three issues but non is found
reasonable because every thing is alright in my pc. what shoud i do to get my
office suit updated? thanks in advance.
