OL2003 from 2 PC's: is it really this simple?

OK, this is probably a simple question but all new to me. I think I know
most of the answers but I'm looking for conformation, to be sure before I
mess up.

- in our office I use a PC with XP Pro
- we have a LAN with W2K Server
- the clients all run OL2003 and we have Exchange Server
- all messages are stored on the server, no laptops, no dial-up, no VPN,
nuffin like that (yet)

My questions:

1. Can I open my OL2003 on another PC in the same LAN? Do I just logon with
my LAN username and password and open OL?

2. I guess Start - Settings - Control Panel - Mail has to be identical on
both PC's. Let's suppose it is.

My guess is this should work and if I send something, from whatever PC, it
is in my Sent items folder on 'both' PC's, so to speak. I used "so to speak"
intentionally cos actually it's stored on the server, right?

3. What if one PC uses a spam filter and the other doesn't. When I open OL
on one PC it will deliver spam to the spam folder. When I open OL on the
other PC, it will leave spam in my Inbox. Now when I open OL again on the
first PC, there will be some spam in the Inbox, even while this one has a
spam filter, since I opened OL from that PC without spam filter. Right?
Logical, huh?

4. Now what if I open OL at the same time, on both PC's? Any risk? Try to
avoid that?

5. Anything else I should bear in mind? I'm also accessing a few POP
mailboxes from the internet... Mail from those is just sorted by a rule into
a folder created 'under' my Inbox folder with the same name as the pop
server.

Again, sorry for what must seem obvious questions, I guess I used OE too
long! But I'd really appreciate it if you could comment on this one and set
my mind at ease. Thanks.

Often there's an Exchange password as well, if you're not using AD to
control access to the PC, but essentially, yes.

Correct.

Depends, but what you describe can happen.
4. Now what if I open OL at the same time, on both PC's? Any risk?

There should be no risk. The Exchange server will arbitrate the access.
5. Anything else I should bear in mind? I'm also accessing a few POP
mailboxes from the internet... Mail from those is just sorted by a

as the pop server.

Assuming the profile is the same on each PC or that you're using roaming
profiles, you should see exactly the same thing on each PC.
