? on a resume

Stumped too

I am trying to fill out a resume using a template but i need more space than
it shows, how do I do it? thanks.

I using office microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT10448941033.asps?av=ZWDOOO
which is chronological resume (traditional design)

I guess what I'm trying to do is get more (I'll call them) panels for each of
the education, jobs and etc. Like one panel for eduction is not enough, i
need mutiples.

You can select the first line in each table cell and go to Format |
Paragraph to lessen the "spacing before" paragraph setting. You can also
adjust the page margins in File | Page Setup.
