Only downloading mail headers

Hi, I use Outlook 2002 and want to only download the mail
headers from my pop server. Then, be able to select which
messages I want to read. I'm doing this to save bandwidth
when connecting my laptop using my cell phone as the
modem. Is this possible and if so where are the setting
to do this?

account will be deleted without reading.
