Opening Publisher Files after Installing Internet Explorer 7

After installing Office 2003 I had a problem opening my Publisher 2000 files.
To get around the problem I reinstalled Pub 2000. After install I could open
my files, however after installing Internet Explorer 7 I am not able to open
all my Publisher files, i.e. 2003 or 2000. I get a message that reads "Not a
Publisher file"

Anyone else have the problem and a solution?

I've never heard that one before and I use Pub 2000 thru 2007 and IE7. No
problems.

Can you send me one of your files?
