I have exchange2000 server in my station
My problem started when I stop with the mouse on the
exchange account "outlook today" in the outlook
And right click. then I choose "open other folder"
A new window opens with an option to select witch folder
I want to open.
I choose "inbox" and another option "name" to select
witch account I want to open his folder?
I click "name" then a list with all the contacts that
they are member in the exchange open
And I select anyone. anyone even if he is an
administrator and I'm opening from a domain user machine
So I find his "inbox" folder for example that I have been
selected before open and I can preview all the contains
in this user folder,
That's mean any user can access and open any other user
folders are a member in the exchange server
I do not know how to stop this?
First I did have the Security tap page in all the levels
in the exchange manager. but I solve this by adding a
new "String" key in the registry.
But even when I removed the permission form "everyone" in
the advanced tap on the (first organization
{exchange}) "Read, execute, read permission, list
contact, read propriety." it did not affect anything and
all the users can open and access any user's folders.
Maybe because I still have in the same advanced security
tap page but in "Auditing" another rules that I can not
modify and these rules gives the "Everyone" permissions
that I really do not know if it has some thing to do with
my problem or not.
I make it very long but I do know even if I'm looking in
the right direction or it has nothing to do with my
problem.?
