I'm using Office 2003 on Windows XP and am trying to familiarize myself with
the new (to me) org chart feature in Word. When I create an org chart the
boxes appear as rounded rectangles with a pale turquoise fill and the text
is top-aligned. Is there a way to change the default to regular rectangles
with a different fill and with the text horizontally and vertically aligned?
I have been able to manually change the fill and shape but am unable to
change the vertical alignment of the text -- for the latter I have to fudge
it by using paragraph spacing to position the text. But I figure there must
be a better way, is there?
